We train designers
Designers is a broad term and our range is diverse: from milliner to game artist, from graphic designer to stage and event technician. In some programmes, the emphasis is on devising and designing. Others focus on designing and making.
Getting to know SintLucas can be done in different ways:
Open days
Visit our open days in Boxtel or Eindhoven and get to know our creative vocational school and mbo programmes.
- 2 November 2025 – 10.00 – 16.00 Boxtel and Eindhoven
- 31 January 2026 – 10.00 – 16.00 Boxtel and Eindhoven
Study evenings
A study evening is an evening where you are introduced to our school and MBO programmes. A study evening is organised on a smaller scale than an open day.

Dean’s Day
Twice a year, we organise a dean’s day. The next dean’s day will be on Thursday 23 October 2025 from 09.00 -13.00 at our location in Eindhoven. Deans and creative teachers will receive an invitation for this. If you are also interested and would like to register in advance, please send an e-mail to i.voets@sintlucas.nl.
During a dean’s day you will meet students, talk with them about their experiences within SintLucas and do an inspiring assignment from a SintLucas study programme. Would you like to participate as a dean and/or creative subject teacher? We will publish the date of our Dean’s Day on this page. So keep a close eye on this page. Do you have a question? Walk-in days
A half-day visit to the programme you want to know more about. In the autumn, we organise open days for students in the final year of vmbo/havo. In the spring, students from 3 vmbo or 4 havo are given the opportunity to participate. The programme differs per subject. Pupils can register via this link. They will then receive full information about the programme of the open day.

Shortened pathway havo/vwo
For students with a havo/vwo diploma, we offer an accelerated route for the Media Design and Spatial Design programmes. Students can complete these programmes in three years instead of four. Click here for more information.
